Another of my favorites from the set, The Book of Exalted Deeds, is a fantastic new payoff for lifegain decks
X: Search your library for an artifact card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle
They can be used in other formats but exist in the command zone, making them nearly impossible to use in a game of Commander
you can use it more politically to convince an opponent to work with you, or you can even set up the top of your deck to ensure they take the most damage possible every turn
